October 16th to 18th: Chicken & Ribs are back!
Choose from our Family Platter, half chickens, or whole racks of ribs. Dine in or take it home. Pre-orders are appreciated so we know how much to smoke. Call or message us to reserve yours.
October 23rd to 25th: Schnitzel Dinner
Just like at Mom’s. Homemade pork schnitzel with mashed potatoes, peas and carrots, gravy, and our homemade relish made from Grandma’s recipe.
Wood-smoked BBQ for your wedding, office party, or family gathering, smoked low and slow the traditional way. We bring everything needed for a beautiful buffet, and our menu is built on local meat and fresh vegetables. Don't see what you want? We'll work with you to make it happen.
